SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY PERIOD

• Saudi Arabia: 1-2 working days
• GCC: 3-5 working days
• Rest of the World: 5-10 working days 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We process and ship orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays as well as Public Holidays in Saudi Arabia.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

• You will be required to sign on receipt of your delivery.
• DHL is our shipping partner for international shipments.
• Import duties & taxes are NOT included in the grand total.
• We offer worldwide delivery, with some exclusions.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Free exchange & returns only available in Saudi Arabia. For other countries please contact info@noraalshaikh.com

• If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may obtain a full refund or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the products. 

• Sale and made-to-order items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs, which are deducted to cover the cost of our collection service.

• Customs duties and sales tax are non-refundable.

• Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable to duty and tax again.

• All returns should be sent back in the condition they were received with their original packaging. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.
